The way the Shopping cart works

After completing a shopping cart order you will be sent an invoice, by email, either the same day or early the next working day, complete with payment details . If you make a mistake with the shopping cart or are not sure about the correct item please just let us know by email and we'll fix it up.
The "Cash in Advance" payment options include a "Pay now" button for credit cards, direct bank transfer, cheques, and Paypal. There are no credit card or Paypal surcharges unless advised otherwise at the time of quotation. Your payment will therefore match up exactly with our invoice.
Freight costs are not calculated automatically at the time of order. Please advise of any preferred freight method. You can use your own courier, or pick up, if you wish for no additional cost. For orders below about $250 and for items which will fit into satchels we often use express post . About $8 for under 500g and $11 (inc GST) for items under 3kg
You can email or fax your order if you prefer and we'll send you the invoice in the same way. The shopping cart cannot be used for items which are out of the ordinary such as repairs, modifications, made to order cables etc.
