RFShop accept liability for any non-delivery of goods providing that Express Post, Platinum Post, registered mail or a courier is used on RFShop's account. If you nominate your own account, no freight charge will be added to your invoice but liability for any non-delivery is with the account holder . Our charges for Express Post, usually next day delivery, are a minimum of $7.00 + GST (up to 500g satchels) and $10 + GST (up to 3 kg satchels). For more valuable items, over $500 and for faster delivery, Platinum Post $15.00 + GST (3kg satchels) can be a good choice if the items will fit into an Aust Post satchel. If no specific instructions regarding freight are supplied with the order, we will make what we consider to be the most reasonable choice of delivery method and invoice accordingly.
