Q. How does the shopping cart work and is it optional?
A. Yes it is optional. Just email or fax orders if you prefer. Alternatively if you place an order on our website you will soon receive a tax invoice (PDF) with the total amount including shipping.
Q. What about freight costs?
A. They get added according to your order, generally for orders under 500g around $8. (Express post) If needed we will use courier companies etc. unfortunately at this point in time our website is unable to calculate total postage costs.
Q. Can I use my credit card online?
A. Not yet we are looking at this. The problem is that freight and postage costs vary according to location and other requirements.
Q. Can you quote on custom connectors and coaxial cable assemblies?
A. Yes sure. We offer a two tier service on cable assemblies. Using connectors which we may have in stock we can ship in a day or two for small to medium sized orders. If you can wait for three to four weeks we can offer much better prices on bulk orders.
Q. How long will it take to receive the goods after ordering from the shopping cart?
A. Often by the next working day.
Q. I'm not sure what my connector is. Can you help me identify it?
A. Yes we can help! we need as much information as possible models / photo's or your welcome to bring the unit into our store. If you want to send us photo's please ensure they aren't blurry and you send at least 2 with different angles. (Sales[@]rfshop.com.au)

A. Its easier to just send us the model number of your phone or wireless card and we'll advise.
